The London Bierfest is an event exclusively for corporate clients – an ideal space for networking, entertaining business contacts or rewarding employees. Entering into its fourteenth year, the London Bierfest brings the spirit of the Munich Oktoberfest to the City of London. London Bierfest transforms Old Billingsgate Market into a buzzing German celebration adorned with flags, banners, traditional German food and fantastic live entertainment – and, of course, unlimited steins of beer!
London Bierfest takes place at Old Billingsgate Market over two days:
Situated in the heart of the city, London Bierfest is held at Old Billingsgate Market on Lower Thames Street.

You can travel by car, or public transport. The nearest car park is Tower Hill Car & Coach Park on Lower Thames Street. The nearest tubes are Monument (District, Circle and Northern lines) and London Bridge (Northern and Jubliee lines). Black cabs can be hailed from Lower Thames Street. It is recommended to plan your journey home via pre-booked cabs.
Our tables are for groups of 10. As a lively event, they are positioned as a base for you and your guests to mingle and enjoy the entertainment. Please note that as tables are booked for groups of 10, extra guests may not be able to have a seat all night but that is another reason to get straight on the dance floor! If you would like to add people to your existing booking, or make a new booking, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your entry to the London Bierfest will be via a wristband. The wristbands for the table, along with an information pack, will be posted out to the lead booker at the end of September.
While fancy dress is not compulsory, it is encouraged! Come along in your finest lederhosen and dirndl’s, complete with flaxen hair and beer goggles. Props will be also available to buy at the time of your booking but if you feel under dressed on the night, you will be able to buy accessories at the London Bierfest too.
Yes Old Billingsgate is wheelchair-accessible. Please get in touch in advance to outline any specific needs so we can make your visit as smooth as possible.

The platters should be sufficient for a table of 10 but if you are feeling extra hungry or have additional people to cater for on your table, you are able to order additional platters. Please contact your account manager or email email@example.com to book your extra food!
There will be vegetarian and vegan options as well as nut, dairy or seafood options. In order to be able to provide for specific dietary requirements, please inform Emily.Johnson@img.com.

If beer is not your tipple of choice, there is wine and cider available at the London Bierfest, as well as a selection of soft drinks; just ask your Heidi or Helga for a glass of what you fancy.
There are no cash points within the building however there is a cash point close by on Lower Thames Street. Something to note is that packages are all-inclusive, meaning that you will not incur any additional costs at the event.
